This kit contains the pdf directions and all the supplies you need to make your own 250th Sesquicentennial Commemorative pincushion!
The pdf directions include photos and directions to make this a user friendly successful experience!
The pincushion materials include:
- 1 – Mother of Pearl Commemorative Disc specially designed for this event by my son Scott and created by Jackie DuPlessis
- Indigo Velvet hand cut on the bias for immediate use
- 2 – Mother of Pearl Beads
- High quality red wool
- Blue silk ribbon crested by Mary Jo Hiney
- Vintage Millinery Ribbon in red, white and blue (NOTE: The ribbon is in limited supply and subject to change but will remain an authentic vintage red, white and blue trim.)
- Template page for interfacing
You will also need :
- Skirtex Interfacing
- Basic Sewing supplies
- Sewing glue
- Stuffing material (wool roving, sawdust or polyfil)
